Choose from carefully designed trauma-informed preferences, or write your own. Select which appointment types they apply to — GP, sexual health, gynaecology, mental health, hospital and more.
Generate secure sharing link or QR code
CertifyMe generates a unique, time-limited sharing link or QR code. You can also download a PDF summary for offline use.
Share ahead of appointments
Send your preferences to your clinician before your appointment. They receive a clean, structured view of your needs — so they can prepare for your visit and provide truly person-centred care.
